UMC is uniquely experienced to work with clients’ legal counsel throughout the regulatory compliance process. UMC provides expert witness services, case management support, and third party technical reviews, in addition to geotechnical, engineering and regulatory services to law firms. UMC is comprised of a staff of professionals with extensive backgrounds in environmental investigations, remedial approaches, and implementation, state and federal environmental regulations, and environmental project management.
